It will be nice to have this repository as a versioned project on PyPI. That way, when other repositories are released (that correspond to paper publications or similar), we can reference a specific version of our utility functions. Moreover, we will be able to install it via pip install delta-e.
Instructions on how to do this can be found here and here. The metadata files should all be there.
Successful PR for this issue will include:

[ ] Information on how to update the changelog with each release. I think this can be an automated process, but Im not too sure on what this entails.
