Switching "Code Folding" off while code is being folded #472

I noticed a strange behavior that I would considered as a bug. When I fold
some code, click on the little (-) on the left, then uncheck "Settings =>
Code Folding", code folding (-) disappears but the code remains folded (not
completely visible).

I would expected that the code become unfolded again, as there's no way
other than enable again code folding to make the whole code appears again.

Fixed

* Walk document and expand all code blocks before turning off the folding 
margin.
