Latest src/extern/aui/aui_constants.py requires wx 2.8.8.0 #478

HEAD version uses PyEmbeddedImage, which has been added in wx 2.8.8.0. I
think the requirements on the website (and in setup.py, if the wx.VERSION
check will be enabled) should be updated, once the next release is made.
