Ctrl+Tab to browse opened windows no longer working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open several new docs
2. press ctrl+tab
3. in previous version, "Opened tabs" dialog was shown

Also note, that when opening a new blank file, an ugly frame is shown in
the left top corner - as if textarea was being opened there.

Editra - from SVN, 0.5.33 - on Windows

What OS are you running on?

If Linux is a 32 or 64 bit platform? Some issue son 64 bit platforms similar to 
his
have been reported.

Sorry shouldn't read these when I am half asleep.

I can reproduce the issue on windows, it doesn't happen on OSX. Seems to be an 
issue
with the new tab control.

Major issue for me, too.
I found some noise here, but it seems that this stuff isn't in the wx trunk:

Should be a matter of re-integrating the original tab navigator, right?

Hi,

Currently I am using a different custom implementation of AUI. There is a 
problem
with the keyboard processing in the auibook module. Spent a little time 
debugging it
last week but haven't had time to work on fixing it yet.
