additional sorting options in the Code Browser #495

Enhancement request: please allow to sort function, classes, etc. in the
Code Browser also according to the appearance in the file, not just
alphabetically.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 1.2 of the plugin will have an configuration option to allow sorting by 
name or by line number.
