Feature Request: Portable zip or install #501

It would be great to provide a PortableApp (http://www.portableapps.com) 
install (.paf) or even a portable zip file for each release as well.

I created a portable version using PortableApps v2 format.  Have a look here:

Hi,

What I meant was could you please tell me how you created the portable version?

Or provide a patch to the setup script so I can build it as part of the normal 
build.
