Description: v3 of the power delivery board has these issues:

The Molex connectors didn't have enough clearance on the side of the latch.
The heat spreader for the MOSFET wasn't connected to the correct pin.
The silkscreen symbol for the transistor was backwards to the way it actually went in.
QR code is a little small.

Solutions:

Move all other components over from the screw terminals.
connect the heat spreader under the MOSFET up to pin 2 and provide enough area and vias for good heat dissipation.
Use a more ambiguous symbol for the transistor so it doesn't confuse anyone assembling the board.
Make the QR code bigger.
