Thank you for your work. I tried to run the executable on windows as you suggested but it did not work. Here is what happened:
I downloaded the first executable (QVina-GPU-K.exe) and tried to run it through the command ./Qvina_GPU_K.exe --config configurations.txt --receptor Receptor_AF2.pdb --ligand comp1.pdbqt --log comp1.log and it did not work. My receptor and ligand files are in the same directory.
the error reads:
'.' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
I removed the dot Qvina_GPU_K.exe --config configurations.txt --receptor Receptor_AF2.pdb --ligand comp1.pdbqt --log comp1.log
I got the same error
'Qvina_GPU_K.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
