Segmentation fault #42

I also had a segmentation core dump after compiling kernel 2 when running the test script. This error was caused because I had not edited the test config file. Specifically make sure to set the path: opencl_binary_path = /home/shidi/Vina-GPU-2.1/AutoDock-Vina-GPU-2.1 to your install path.
