What is the purpose of these files? #2

There are a series of BMI related files in the original pyDeltaRCM code, that I'm not sure what they do, and I was unable to find their purpose in the BMI 2.0 specs. Perhaps they are related to the WMT?

Do these files need to be added back into this repository to be BMI compliant?

Files not needed for now. May be needed in the future to make the model a part of pymt.
