Addtl documentation

Sketching out some potential adds to the documentation to:

• make it easier to cite pyDeltaRCM
• list the publications / presentations / other places where the model has been used
• create a list of subclass models with links to their source codes / repositories (we had talked about a "modelzoo" repository which would point to individual subclass code/repos, not sure if that solution, or just having a list in the docs is simpler)

Would be curious to get your input and thoughts on this @amoodie
