Description

Add the vaklodingen dataset.

We have several options:

PNG's which are next to the kml
Upload these in a WMS server, use geotiffs?
Use google earth engine connection
[x] Evaluate best option
[x] Create an example for 1 local area, for example near the Wadden
[x] Reevaluate
[x] Implement for all
