[ ] reconsider 20 minute correction in culm_addtime, this seems odd since we relate it to the moon culmination that happens on the ocean.
[ ] consider raising error if 4 years is provided instead of 10 years? Maybe fine to hard-code expected number of years, but only if we make the mean value/time computation a modular function. This would require update some of the tests.
[ ] handle timezones more cleanly, e.g. by not correcting for 1 hour difference in culm_addtime and at the same time dropping a timezone. Also add timezone support in astrog.dT so we can pass timezones to calc_HWLW_moonculm_combi()
[ ] should the havengetallen also be corrected with slotgemiddelden, see comment of KD in https://github.com/Deltares-research/kenmerkendewaarden/issues/86 >> some sort of correction to make havengetallen representative for end instead of middle would make sense. Make this modular since we also do not correct tidalindicators
[ ] MV1 and MV2 are not being derived, is this an issue?
[ ] aardappelgrafiek is very messy for HOEKVHLD and other stations with aggers, is this solveable?
