We updated D-HyDAMO with a large number of improvements, bug fixes and speedups. This is based on Hydrolib-core 0.7.0, the next version is to be implemented in the next version, along with testing of Meshkernel.

If you have a chance to review this and merge this in the main branch, a new release of Hydrolib (at least-DHydamo) could be issued.

I noted that the CI tests fail for MacOS because of invalid architecture with Python 3.8 / x64. That does not seem related to this update.
