Normalize shp test input files (variables) #61

Currently the code supports two different .shp internal structures, in particular the following are mapped:

DikeSectie / Sectie
Traject / Traject
Subtraject / Vak

We should only implement one to reduce code complexity, therefore being more 'strict' on which files we accept. Check KoswatDikeLocationsShpFom for more information.
