For the next merge of models into LHM I want to include basin-area's as defined in https://github.com/Deltares/Ribasim/issues/960.

@visr do you advice to wait for Ribasim, or shall we proceed in Ribasim-NL? If in Ribasim, please consider we'll have to merge models with areas as well: https://github.com/Deltares/Ribasim/pull/914
