Restriction on sharing shoreline data on GEE #18

At this point I prefer to restrict sharing all global shoreline change trends stored at GEE. Although i do not know how. I also do not understand yet how people would be able access the data at GEE.

Added info in console.log message. Please add relevant data licensing info to the file called LICENSE.
