re-enable era5 tests on github #1005

Tests marked with era5slow are skipped from https://github.com/Deltares/dfm_tools/pull/1004 onwards, since they were structurally too slow and therefore the testbank was never fully green anymore. Re-enable these tests again once ERA5 download is more performant.
