Todo:

[x] remove escape for not-monotonic cmems insitu datasets
[x] remove MO_TS_TG_ANDRATX station dropping (had varying lat/lon values, station is not present anymore)

Cannot remove SLEV filter yet, since mynrt/BO_TS_TG_Nordvalen.nc contains no SLEV var. This is the only one left.
