`predicate` argument still needed? #983

Enhancement Description

For some DataSources, like DataFrameSource, predicate is part of the public API, but not used: https://github.com/Deltares/hydromt/blob/v1/hydromt/data_source/dataframe.py#L45

Do we still want to keep it?

Use case

Keeping the API clean and stable before v1 release.
