Issue addressed

Fixes #802

Explanation

Added handle_nodata behaviour to all Drivers, MetaDataResolvers and DataAdapters
Added a NoDataStrategy.WARN strategy
Correctly typed DataAdapter.transform to return Optional
Fixed behaviour where Driver.read returned None.
