spike on flopy and parallellization

flopy is shipped with some examples on model splitting

• we should study those to find out how to split an mf6 model into several parts. What does modflow6 expect?
• we should use this to refine our feature for parallel mf6 support

the spike is done; the result is the division into issues for the subdomain feature. These are the issues that carry the label "subdomain"
