Plot timeseries data from a point for a Mesh dataset

Basically identical to the crayfish "From map: Point" option, but draws it in our pane so you can easily compare with e.g. measurement data.

• Checkbox for interactive updating ("hovering")
• Left click adds point, fetches data, adds it to plot
• Right-click deletes points (?)
• Requires group selection: only a variable, single layer, etc.
