Issue #72 and #77 redraw line data with time change #76

Fixes #72 and #77

This adds functionality for redrawing for transient line data.

This is the first time I'm using mixins, @Huite could you check if what I'm doing is appropriate?

I also encountered an additional bug, which I pushed a fix for to this branch: https://github.com/Deltares/imod-qgis/issues/77
