compare pot. evap with different formulas using ERA5 data #25

Recently the Penman formula has been added in hydromt-core and can be called from hydromt-wflow. the penman in hydromt-core has already been merged into main, but for hydromt it is planned for the next release, so it is now in the penman branch.

it would be good to derive daily pet values based on:

all using ERA5 data (as all the required variables are available on the p drive already). As a first step, we do not necessarily need to run the model with these data, but it would be good to make some plots showing:

to get an idea of differences between these three formulas.

Next step could be to test it in the model E-OBS precip (and temp?) data in combination with ERA5 PET for the different formulas.

thanks! great that you managed to get pet for the three methods :)

it is nice to have the three methods separately, but it is hard to see differences between the methods.

I would suggest the following:

we can discuss further!

I've added the new plots you suggested, let me know what you think

we really see the higher evaporation of de bruin in de winter compared to both makkink and penman, I was very curious about this
