RA2CE helps to quantify resilience of critical infrastructure networks, prioritize interventions and adaptation measures and select the most appropriate action perspective to increase resilience considering future conditions.
Goal
Implement the right terminology to avoid confusion:
rename direct to damages when it refers to the (direct) impact of a hazard on the infrastructure
rename indirect to losses when it refers to the (indirect) impact of damaged infrastucture on e.g. travel time, accessibility of points of interest etc.
