RA2CE helps to quantify resilience of critical infrastructure networks, prioritize interventions and adaptation measures and select the most appropriate action perspective to increase resilience considering future conditions.
Regarding segmentation. Currently (to what I know) damages builds upon Complex graph and calculates on the complex graph edges the damage. We would like to have values of damages at a set interval (e..g 100 meter or 500 m), of course depending on the max size of the graph. This ultimately should then be linked again to the complex/simple graph identifier.
