Documentation problem

The current documentation is confusing, it should have clear defined goals, examples:

How to run a "hackathon" in the cloud (kubernetes + argo + aws).
How to run a "hackathon" in deltares premises.
How to create a docker image from a custom ra2ce solution.
How to publish a docker image (to deltares harbor).

Suggested fix for documentation

Reorganize existing documentation with different categories based on:
- Infrastructures (how to set them up, who can do that, which infrastructures do we have available)
- Use cases (hackathon, running a single computation on deltares premises, creating a docker...)
