What has been done?

Restructured the documents regarding cloud running so they are dived in:
- Setting up infrastructure.
- Using cloud services.
Removed phased out / incorrect documents.
Added new guidelines to cover how to prepare for a hackathon.

Additional Notes (optional)

The Dockerfile has been adapted so that it has the same content (builds the same sort of image) as of the ones from the hackathons.
