zenodo delivery fails #243

Since approximately three months, Deltares requires SAML authentication for zenodo. Therefore all deliveries failed. Probably the current webhooks have to be removed and turned off and on by the github Deltares support group. I will let you know when I have confirmed this is indeed a working strategy.

Zenodo webhooks of all deltares github repositories using them were re-created by the github Deltares support group. It should work again for the next xugrid release
