TODO: Create an About context menu option #33

Need to add an About option to the right-click context menu for displaying the current version number.

Also needs to include a link to this githubs main page so users can easily find the readme.

Probably store the link in appsettings,json so people who fork this can replace it with their own if desired.

Changing this item to instead be:

Read the Version from appsettings.json and display it on the Settings UI panel. Since the appsettings.json file is no longer being published separately, it no longer has the change to be out of date.
