Add the discussion card for all discussion page (options) that may improve the forum more likely social platforms

I'd like to see this also. Oddly, it seems to work automatically on one of my forums, but not the other. Would be great to have this for all discussions.

Hmmm. Looks like this already exists. You have to enable Output on index page in the options.
