it should also set the last character location to the spawn of the world.

Why exactly should it set the last character's location to the world spawn? I'm assuming because this will be called outside of an Altar?

This would be for when they teleport to a disabled world, and yes, it'd be outside of an Altar.

This was fully fixed after commit 50b88b1605458ede5971bcbc10401b5d9c6c0f18.
