Switch all phrases to references to the Translation. #193

Needs to be done at some point... figured I'd make the issue to remind us.

I was actually thinking we need to change the Translation over to something else. I was looking in Java stuff and found sometihng called a Formatter (i.e. String.format();) that accepts a Locale (e.g. Locale.ENGLISH) and stuff.

It might be worth it to look into that more.
