Cant run it #50

When I open the start_miner.bat it will stop and it will send me a message like "The program cannot be running" and after I press enter the PhoenixMiner.exe will get deleted automaticly..

here my "start_miner.bat":

what has this to do with nodevfee? it's probably your windows antivirus. and nodevfee does not work with ssl. so you better use phoenix version 2.9x

I tried the 2.9x and it gave me the same error.
