Feedback or issue :
Item is supposed to dispense mog pies. In normal usage this woudl be only on party members, but previously this was juts allowed to dispense to the user to get it working. As of now the item errors on usage saying "You cannot attack that target". Likely this was missed in an upstream merge replacing the modification.
