This post is to discus a file linked the proposed item list, for our Auction House bot. Comments may be made either here or in Discord.

Update: the bot file is now a part of this repository and can be changed by way of a pull request!

(note that placing requests in the complaints channel may lead to them getting unintentionally missed or forgotten. Please use this issue thread rather than making new ones for each item.)

I already have the entire mighty lineup in knife in. I missed the talwar but have the rest too..Probably because it's a sword and already had mighty sword in there.

Wyvern skins and HQ Coeurl hides appear to have a pretty good drop rate on mobs that are pre-lv60. I'd rather human beings farm them.

Request: Dryad Root

This may not be something that is added and thats cool. I still wanted to mention this just based on the limited # of spawns that drop the items pre level 60.

- (3) Walking Tree spawns in Juggner Forest. \~drop rate: 30% - http://ffxiclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Walking_Tree - (2) Treants spawns in Batallia Downs. \~drop rate: 32% - http://ffxiclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Treant - (8) Leshy in Lufaise Meadows. \~ drop rate: 22% - In theory we need CoP progress to access this zone, but we have the OP unlocked so if this is OK to use, great. Leshy in Lufaise Meadows. ~ drop rate: 22%

Caveat: killing leshy means screwing yourself out of seeing Colorful leshy (harvest earring) and defoliate leshy (heims earring)

With drop rates that high I'm inclined to make more spawns if needed before adding it to bot handling. Its kinda funny, I threw away and or npc'd so many of that item on retail, because nobody wanted them ever. Update: Added more treants to Jugner Forest

Things that would be great to see added from a cooks perspective:

Persikos - Normally only acquired from gardening. Kitron - Normally only acquired from gardening. White honey/Pephredo Hive Chip - Drops from ToAU mobs, super useful in high end cooking.

Editing out the fish, I spent some time getting my fishing knowledge straight and was able to catch what I needed. Added White Honey and Pephredo Hive Chip.

Thought I had a limited supply of those in bot already. I'll check on this soon.

ToAU stuff is out for now. It will come in later but not yet.

Funny enough, there's a temporary supply boost to the fish you had mentioned. It made a nice joke at the time I was writing it. Be on the lookout for anything fishy going on in game!

What was wrong with the old mobs? You needed to play with other people to kill them?

One item was walled behind non working ENM battlefields, the other is a rather trivial drop off 3-6hr repop NMs that you'd camp for their other drops if you camp them at all so now its also available at a very low rate off some non NMs. You got a problem with my addition of veal baby dragon meat to the game?

Coral Fungus is 200 each or 24K a stack? Can this be brought in line to make more sense? Hopefully, 2400 a stack?

2000 single x12 = 24000 stack. (for comparison, the stack price on the asura server is 40,000 and singles are rarely even listed..The other servers have virtually no listings of stacks OR singles)

but..hmm. I feel like the price I have it at is where the non-discounted version should be, and right now we're in discount mode because of low population. Lets call it 1k singles and 12k stacks. That keeps it above the NPC price so it won't get exploited.

With Fishing pretending to be version of Schrodinger's cat (both working and not working really) i'd like to request that the AH Bot has have the following items or spells added to them.

Required for http://ffxiclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Chasuble_Set so my rdm can actually land debuffs.

I think eltoro is ENM onry drop unless you added it elsewhere. I'd prefer AH because I am lazy, but some other mob to farm works for me too.

Considering several method for obtaining Eltoro Leather next update, even though chasuble is gimp :stuck_out_tongue:

mr_seatbelt Today at 8:02 AM Teo - will you please consider adding Gold Lobster and Nebimonite to the AH bot? They are both in the recipe for Seafood Stew which I need to advance cooking to Veteran (raise cap from 90 to 100). Stew is also a GP item today

I’ll also suggest Penitent’s Rope (but sounds like BCs might work soon) and Lemegeton Medallion (needs Synergy). There are no end-game waist and neck pieces with +INT.

This is selfish, but I'm hoping to add another crafting mat to allow me to finish off Alchemy.

Currently there is only 1 craft that can be used to make it to 100 Alch. Pro-Ether. This is a bit more harsh vs other crafts such as Smithing that have multiple crafts to hit 100.

The addition of https://ffxiclopedia.fandom.com/wiki/Cactuar_Root will allow me to craft Sun Water (caps @ 100/102 depending on expansion). The AHBot already has the Philosopher stone @ 120k a stack. So adding this to the bot doesn't seem too overpowered.

Better yet, adding the Root to something like HELM/Other Cactars (lower percent for lower level guys maybe) still allows this to be farmed and many 1k needles to the face will happen. Knowing my luck many deaths as well.

Roots only off NM? Rapido spawns and is killable his linking/run fast stuff is busted. This item sounds like a good candidate for custom helm addition tho. Harvest a cacti. Or depending how far I get this weekend custom gardening. Ah can have it temp if those dont happen

I think while reading from my phone in the waiting room, I mixed up root and needle in my head and thought "didn't I used to just throw those away?"
