I like the idea, will you lock it so you have to have the SJ at a certain level or have certain requirements in order to merit these said SJ's?
WAR/NIN DD Tank would be more welcomed as well, specially since there is only really two tanks at endgame.
I would becareful with /DRG, making it to powerful will make DRG Main sort of pointless.
I like, will see about doing some* of these things, feel free to add more.
*example of can not do: DSP usually doesn't allow half percent changes

Feedback or issue :
Since the subjobs are 2/3, it makes Demiurge an unique server and gives some interesting possibilities, and something that should be explored. I have a few ideas I think should be explored for feasibility, balance and ease of implementation (ie. if it doesn't stray too far from stock DSP, or could be something pushed back to DSP as a config toggle).
Keep in mind, these are just ideas I'd like to discuss/explore, and not even suggestions.
Subjob Merits
Since subjobs are the topic of this, adding weakened (maybe half potency? 2/3 potency?) group 1 merits from your subjob.
Some examples. BLM/RDM - Convert Recast. Each merit could reduce recast by 10-15 instead of 20 seconds. BLM/RDM - Elemental Accuracy. Each merit could increase accuracy by 1-2 instead of 3. DRK/THF - Trip Attack. Each merit could increase trip attack by .5% instead of 1. THF/NIN - Subtle Blow. THF need more subtle blow... PLD/WHM - Cure casting time. Decrease by 2-3% instead of 4%.
Since alot of people only level certain jobs to 37 (or 50 here), having to level a sub all the way to 75 to really maximize a job means more people coming back to exping in order to maximize their main.
It would be a ton of work, for tiny gain, but might open some interesting job combinations (PLD/WHM for example, it's pretty cool at 99, and faster cures makes it even cooler).
Subjob Abilities
Certain abilities only work with the job as main (ex. innin/yonin). Unlocking this (with reduced potency) for subjobs could be interesting.
In the case of innin/yonin, could provide some neat buffs for 60+ jobs. Could make dual-wield WAR/NIN a pretty amazing tank and DD as an alternative to WAR/SAM.
Call wyvern for DRG sub might have some interesting uses (even 1/2 or 2/3 leveled wyvern).
The theme being to break out of the cookie-cutter stuff, and play with interesting combinations of jobs/subjobs.
Not sure how viable or hard these changes would be.
