Backtick/apostrophe encoding/display

Having done a bit of investigating:

• Everything from the import through the rendered page is fine; the backtick is send to the browser as its own character
• If you use your browser to disable the font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; rule, the backtick doesn't overlap.
• It occurs in Firefox and Chrome/Chromium on Linux; and in Chrome and the DDG browser on a recent Android. I've not tested any other browsers/stacks
• Other fonts don't seem to show this behaviour. Arial, DejaVu Sans and the system default sans-serif font are all fine.
• I'd thought it might be a weird ligature, but setting font-variant-ligatures seems to have no effect (but also doesn't cause any change of behaviour for "ff", "fi", "ffi" combinations, which are the "basic" ligature sequences).

More info:

• Montserrat has no backtick (grave accent) glyph
• It's also not a font ligature issue, as Montserrat has no ligatures
• It doesn't occur when I try to recreate it in LibreOffice Writer

So I guess it's some weird browser rendering thing not helped by having to fall back to another font for the backtick?

I guess we could just s/`/'/g on all addresses in the base importer class (or maybe data_types). I think that would be less wrong especially if Montserrat doesn't even have a backtick.
