Various design changes #618

Warning: I have no idea what I'm doing.

The main thing here is to change the font and layouts a little (I'm ok with this aspect) and to remove the show/hide candidates feature, showing them all by default. This will cause long pages when we have a lot of elections, but, well, that's what happens when you've got a lot of democracy.

README.md needs an update if you want to include here: npm run dc:start:sandbox and npm run ec:start:sandbox
