Some councils have full name in election ID #1306

Leicester doesn't have 'local' in the name of its ballots, but instead gives the full council name.

The simple thing to do would be to fix it - but I personally would like to remove 'local' completely and simply give the full name of the council. But recognise that's a big decision - interested in the views of others.

I think this happens for all councils that have elected mayors? It shows up on YNR the same way, e.g. Mansfield here image

Oh yes, good spot! Same for Bristol, Salford etc.
