Duplication of parties #168

Some parties are appearing twice in the parties list

For example, we have two copies of the Conservative and Unionist Party.

It is because they are registered in GB and in NI, thus they have two entries with same name on candidates e.g. 'Green Party' (GB) and 'Green Party' (NI) (see the 'register' value).

Naturally, it wouldn't be obvious to the use that that is the case. I think a solution might be to have the register value appear in brackets? (even better if possible to do this only when there are duplicate names).

It might be even clearer / less noisy to separate out the two lists.

Mmm, I'm not sure. "Which register are they on" is not typically how people would think about parties. Also, 'Independent' doesn't be differentiated by register, so where would it go?
