Add YNR CTA on Who pages #249

At the moment we see a result for a postcode like this:

No part of the page links to YNR at all.

We should:

  1. Link to YNR
  2. Explain that we will be adding candidates but that we need YOUR help!

@rosewhiffen @JoeMitchell do you have ideas for good wording?

There's now a CTA, however...

Here: https://whocanivotefor.co.uk/elections/local.wigan.2018-05-03/posts It says: Add some candidates at our candidate crowd-sourcing site Which links to: https://candidates.democracyclub.org.uk/

Surely it'd be more productive to link to: https://candidates.democracyclub.org.uk/election/local.wigan.2018-05-03/constituencies
