my name is Piotr. I'm working in the localization industry and on my private basis I got interested in the DemocracyEarth project some time ago. I would love to offer my contribution, initially by translating the Social Smart Contact paper. I got familiar with the documentation upfront, however, I'm totally new to GitHub, so my questions for sure will be related to this environment. But first things first :)
Workflow: downloading language-correspondent *.mediawiki file > upload to Matecat > translation > download ready file
Q1: Should the translated file overwrite the existing in the folder or should be uploaded somewhere else?
Q2: How to proceed if the file will be translated part by part? Where to put chunks and how to merge?
Q3: Is there any file/repository for so-called "glossary terms"? It'd be great to keep consistency among translated documents and work on English definitions of project-specific terms.
Hope I'm addressing my questions in the right place and right people :) Thank you in advance for any guidance given!
