Silly nice-to-have: Twitter card image? #177

Occurred to me it'd be nice to have an image in Twitter cards:

One logical image to use could be Democracy Earth's logo. Though here Twitter says:

You should not use a generic image such as your website logo, author photo, or other image that spans multiple pages.

The OpenGraph tag og:image should do the trick. It's okay to have only one image for the whole website for now : fake it 'til you make it ! Once proposals can have their own user-fed (dangerous!) images, or safer images generated from title, categories and tags, we'll set custom images for proposals links.
