For bug reports:

What went wrong? Received this message from a user on Facebook that when logging onto Partido de la Red site, a form loads asking for personal information but in URL site certificate shows not secure
What did you expect should have happened? User expected that when required to enter personal information like email, website would be secure
What was the config you used?
What stacktrace or error message from your provider did you see?
