Hiding replies behind the main timeline #429

This is for both blockstack and good country... currently any new post appears on the main timeline, which would make the platform look dirty and confusing... for this reason we removed debates from the first voting with blockstack.

Hiding replies / just allowing posts from a certain user (in this case could be official blockstack / good country accounts) to show on main timeline will go far in improving the experience on those two deployments. Both are keen on having debates and delegations.

also within this same thread... check the possibility of turning on and off access to the main timeline by users
