Add query parameters to forums feed #1608

Add filtering and sorting parameters for forums:

[ ] Newest must sort based in createdAt value of the forum.
[ ] Popular sorting must take in account action participants plus comments participants of topics in that forum.
[ ] Sort by custom attribute
[ ] Filter by custom attribute.
