Support more notification transports #25

We currently support only SMTP; support should be added for more.

Awesome sms notification transport system. I have used the php version for the same provider to create a phone number verify model for my laravel web based customer loyalty. (Useful for geographic areas with low mobile internet penetration possible limitation is the content and also user relevance in that people without internet access cant do much on the platform).
