Menu layout should get an update for Tweak Battle #5

Tweak Battle should get a more Tweakers related layout in the menu. Graphics have still to be created and implemented.

New menu layout. How do I edit the .lvl files since I need to update the titlescreen.lvl? menu

It's data compressed with gzip (you can partially view what's in it with: cat titlescreen.lvl |gunzip -) I hope @DemonTPx still has the level editor? :>

Needs wxWidgets and zlib If @rayburgemeestre could add a CMake file for us... that would be awesome :)
